Michael Digby, MD
Dr. Digby is originally from Anniston, AL. He received his Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University in 2004 and his Medical Degree from Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, GA. This internship was followed by a tour as a flight surgeon at Fort Rucker in Enterprise, Alabama. Dr. Digby then went on to complete a Dermatology residency at the San Antonio Military Medical Center.
Dr. Digby is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Digby is passionate about being able to serve his patient’s in all facets of their dermatological needs. He also enjoys spending time with his family, as well as serving in his church.
Cassandra Digby, NP-C
Cassandra is a certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University in 2004 and went on to get her first Master’s in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. After 4 years of being a sedation nurse, she would continue on to get her second Master’s as a Nurse Practitioner from Austin Peay State University of Tennessee in 2014. Taking care of patients is a passion of hers, along with being the mother of 3 children.
Heather Combs, NP-C
Heather is a certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northeast Alabama Community College in 2011 and BSN from Jacksonville State University in 2015. Heather went on to get a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2018. Heather grew up in Fort Payne and is proud to be serving her hometown. Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and dogs, Dolly and Loretta.
